Artwork templates

Designing your own file? Download a blank template for the item and size you are ordering. It is a page the exact size to make, with guides showing where we cut, where to keep your text and where your background needs to reach. Open it in your design program, build your artwork on it, and delete the guides before you export your file.

What the guides mean

  • Shaded edge: bleed. Run backgrounds and pictures all the way out to the edge of the page, so there is no white sliver when the piece is trimmed.
  • Solid line: where we cut. This is the size of the finished piece.
  • Dashed line: the safe zone. Keep all important text and logos inside it.
  • Teal dashed lines: folds, and on a booklet a solid teal edge is the spine (nothing is cut there, so that side has no bleed).

PDF works in Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity, Canva and most design programs. PNG is a picture to use as a background (in Canva, Word or Google Slides). The Word file is set to the right page size, with the guides behind the text.
