Terms of Use and Ordering

The price shown while you order is an estimate based on the choices you made. It can change if what you send is different from what you chose, for example a different size or page count. We will let you know if the price needs to change.

You confirm that you own the files you send, or have permission to have them printed, and that printing them doesn't break the law or anyone's rights. We can refuse or cancel any order, for example for content we can't or won't print.

We print the files you send us, as you positioned them. Please check the size, spelling, colors and quality before you order. Colors on a screen often look different from colors on paper. If you want to see a proof first, choose that option where it is offered.

Only PDF and common image files can be uploaded, up to 100 MB each and 250 MB in all for one order.

This site doesn't take payment. How you pay and when you pick up your order is arranged with the shop directly.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact the shop as soon as you can. Once printing has started, we may not be able to cancel it.

If we make a mistake on your order, tell us and we will work with you to put it right.

We hold finished orders for a limited time, and our reminder emails say how long. If an order isn't picked up by the end of that time, we dispose of it, email you to let you know, and cancel the order.

An account is optional; you can order without one. If you make one, keep your sign-in secret and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time. We may switch an account off if it is used to abuse the site or the shop.

Any discount on an account is set by the shop, applies to the item price on orders placed while you are signed in, and can be changed or removed. Order history and stored files are kept for a limited time and then deleted, as the privacy policy explains, so please keep your own copy of anything you need.

Please use the site only to place real orders. Don't use automated programs to place orders, upload files or collect information, and don't try to get around its limits or security. We may limit or block use that looks like abuse.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and an order is covered by the terms in place when you placed it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Nothing in them limits any rights you have under the law.
